The Jeans For Justice fashion show is an innovative, entertaining social event that breaks the boundaries of the traditional gala. Selected artists and designers from San Diego and Los Angeles will put their creativity into motion in a high energy fashion extravaganza in honor of Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Participating artists paint, embellish, reconstruct and entitle designer denim, which are then modeled and sold in an energizing, fashion forward, artistic showcase that raises awareness for a serious problem that infects out community at large. This year all proceeds from our denim sales and live auction will be donated to the San Diego Center for Community Solutions.

Benefiting Organization

Founded in 1969, Center for Community Solutions, assists more than 15,000 women, men and children affected by sexual assault and domestic violence each year. The Center operates the only Rape Crisis Center in the City of San Diego along with a 24-hour bilingual crisis helpline as well as hospital and court accompaniment services for rape survivors. CCS provides two 24-emergency shelter and transitional housing programs for victims of domestic violence and their children. The Center operates a Coastal office in Pacific Beach, an East County office in La Mesa and a North County office in Escondido.
